Chat Support
What happened to chat support? I’ve used it a few times when I’ve needed it and now I can’t seem to find that as an option anywhere!
its pretty hit and miss..more on the miss side as of lately. you can also try contacting them through either Facebook or Twitter..you end up with a higher tier support compared to the call in agents.
