Cheated out of phone trade in value
I’m a prior long time sprint customer. T-mobile bought them out and upgraded to 5G. My wife’s samsung 7S edge would not work on 5G and my iphone 6 was getting old enough that I could no longer upgrad...
I was told I will get a $400 credit if I trade in my iPhone 11 to 14 in January 2023. They sent me the package to return the phone. The trade in credit was never applied. I called few times. Now they are refusing to send my phone back.
I have been with the Sprint/ T-Mobile for 3 years. I was completely cheated by both companies.
