customer retention?

Called yesterday to inquire about a new phone and trying to buy it with no payments.

After waiting for customer service the guy Dale said he couldn't find my account even after giving him the last 4 of social. 

I've been a customer 16+ years!

Asked for supervisor  waited and she said she can't see account only name and phone #.  They freely take my money each month but don't really exist.

Any others find the same thing happening?

Suggestions?  We pretty much have considered to jump ship as the "supervisor" was not equipped to solve problem and had no concern about issue. Frustrating!

    There is always BestBuy, the device manufacturer's store, or one of the many other electronic retailers to buy phines from.

    Have you tried upgrading through your MyTmobile account, it’s free and you won’t get charged any extra fees.

      Yes and it’s never works so you are forced to call in thus losing your no fee.  The system crashes or unknown system error pops up.

  • are you the primary account holder or someone else? and are you post paid or pre paid?
