DENIED ACCOUNT ACCESS WITH DESKTOP
Hello.
Cannot seem to access Tmobile from my desktop. I have tried chatting via my cell phone, they did
not help. I have cleared cache/data. I have tried Google & Edge. What is the problem. It is very odd that I cannot go to my account to review/print out a bill or look at other plan options.

I can access T-Mobile from the desktop, but it will NOT remember the device; it makes me send a code from the phone every time.
