Device Summary Page Old Device
HI - Can anyone here provide advice on how to obtain a device summary page that lists an old device you’re no longer using? My old Note 8 just got damaged and I need a device summary page for the claim I am trying to submit with a 3rd party that might be able to reimburse me for some of the new phone I had to buy. I’ve had no luck thus far. TIA!

You need to contact Customer Care at 611 for that or reach out via DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to get someone that can access and review your account.

The device page only lists the current device your SIM card is active in. If you purchased your Note 8 from T-Mobile. You might be able to request a copy of your original receipt in a T-Mobile store with the information on it.
