Different Date-Time stamp of Logs for Calls, Messages, and Data ?
I lived in the NYC area (Eastern time zone), and noticed that phone calls listed in the Call Log seem to indicate the accurate local (Eastern) time when calls were placed. However, for Messages, it appears the calls are 3 hours behind (Pacific time zone). Is there a way to change this so I can combine my phone and message logs on one spreadsheet for an accurate time-sorted log of activity?

Hi, if you’re handy with excel, you can add a column, then a formula to change date/time to ET, i.e. add three hours to the value in cell x, copy the formula down, then paste value over the original. That way all your data will have the accurate time. That’s what I do.

You can try going into your MyTmobile account and see if there’s a default setting under billing or profile.
