E911 address vs Usage address
I am reviewing my account information and notice that there are two separate addresses (E911 & Usage).
Some questions:
- what are each of these addresses used for?
- do these addresses need to be the same or can they be different?
Thank you!

The e911 address is the area where your emergency calls over WiFi would be routed to because IP addresses aren't always representative of a specific location. Each line can have its own e911 address
Your service address is usually your billing address.
They can be different. In situations where a family member is attending school away from home, serving in the military, etc. It is always best to make sure these addresses are up to date and correct.
