Oculus Suddenly not Connecting
We’ve had T-Mobile home internet for lamps two years. We’ve had zero issues and it has worked wonderfully on everything we have - TVs, Ps5, Xbox, iPads, phones, all that stuff. We’ve also have two oculus systems that have worked perfectly with the internet. All of a sudden about 3-4 weeks ago, my son’s oculus will no longer stay connected. It connects for 1-2 seconds, then disconnects and tries to reconnect repeatedly. Every other device is my home works fine. My son’s friend brought his oculus to our house and he had the exact same issue my son does. My son’s oculus connected and works perfectly to my phone’s hotspot. This seems like it has to be something within the connection of the internet and the oculus devices. I have tried every troubleshooting thing I can and NOTHING is working. I can find nothing that gives me any options to change IP or really adjust anything within the T-Mobile internet app. PLEEEEEASE help me. This is beyond frustrating for him (and me!!) and there has to be something that changed within one of the devices to start this.karifox3 hours agoNewbie Caller830Views2likes12CommentsGmail Problems
Yesterday afternoon I started having problems with Gmail - my iPhone 12 mini will not send messages - they remain in the Outbox -- this does not happen on my iPad. I have deleted and re-added my Gmail account, upgraded the iOS, deleted and reinstalled Gmail and Google Calendar apps, restarted by phone, etc., all to no avail. After I deleted Google Calendar, upon re-installing my phone will not sync with it. When I attempt to "Add Calendar" on my iPhone, I select my account and I see a message that states "Unable to connect to the Internet." But I AM connected, having both Wi-Fi and cellular connections. Again, no problems with this on my iPad, so it seems to me it's a device issue. To recap: iPhone does receives but does not send email and iPhone will not sync with Google Calendar. These problems started "out of the blue" yesterday afternoon, April 24, 2025. Any suggestions? Thank you!MC6 hours agoVisitor8Views0likes0CommentsMy Galaxy S23 fe was PIN blocked because of several wrong sim pin attempt.

I was previously a T-Mobile customer and purchased an iPhone directly from Apple in 2020 at full price. The device was sold to me as unlocked. However, for reasons unclear to me, T-Mobile locked the phone - even though it was never financed or purchased through T-Mobile. After leaving T-Mobile, I moved to Mint Mobile, which operates on T-Mobile’s network, so the issue went unnoticed until now. While traveling, I attempted to use an eSIM and discovered the phone is SIM-locked. I have contacted T-Mobile customer support, but they insist the phone was not locked by them and refuse to take any action since I am no longer a customer. Apple and Mint have both confirmed that T-Mobile is the locking carrier. Despite calling repeatedly and being placed on hold numerous times, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I deliberately purchased the phone at full price from Apple to avoid this exact problem. I am extremely frustrated that T-Mobile has locked a phone it never sold and is now refusing to help unlock it. If this matter cannot be addressed promptly, I will be filing a formal complaint with the FCC.beda7 hours agoVisitor22Views0likes1CommentQuest no longer works with T-Mobile Home Internet
I have a Occulus (T-mobile won't allow the use of the M*** name for some reason) Quest 2 that used to work with T-Mobile Home Internet but doesn't any longer. Looking through this forum and other it seems to be related to the Sagemcom Fast 5688W (dark grey) router with firmware 1.102.5c. Telephone support did not have any way to resolve, but did acknowledge a known issue with Wi-Fi clients repeatedly disconnecting from the router, which is exaclty what I'm experiencing with the Quest. They agreed to ship me another of the exact same router but said it would have the same issue because it's a problem with the hardware. I don't know if anyone else has found a better workaround. I've tried a dedicated 2.4Ghz network just for this device, a static IP, and even another router behind the T-mobile one and none of it works.captainbukko7 hours agoVisitor5Views0likes0CommentsCannot make or receive calls without TMobile resetting network connection
Is anyone else having this issue? I can receive texts but not phone calls. Yesterday I called in and they reset my network connection and Wah Lah! It worked. This morning, it is back to no calls in or out. Is it time to leave TMobile? I am not buying a new phone just due to this. This one has worked fine for me. My sister did an upgrade just to get support. I am over it!!!!KJ9 hours agoVisitor42Views0likes1Comment
