free 2 day shipping
On the front page it says Free 2-day shipping & waived activation costs with online activation. Applied at checkout. Does this apply to only new lines or all online orders because it is adding shipping into my total?
I went to a store and placed my preorder there to insure no extras were added to my order without my okay. On the Order Summary I got, in the Estimated Shipping line it says $0.00. And when I was in the store and looked at my order on the reps IPad, it had two choices for shipping, free two day or $25 for next day. I just did a chat with an Expert and asked if shipping is free for new and existing customers and they said yes.
This is what they said copied from the chat:
Yes sir! It does show here there's a free 2-day shipping for the new Galaxy phones. You'll just have to process the order online.
Probably best to do a chat from the order page. I only had to wait less than 10 minutes and they offered to stay on the chat through order processing (probably to claim a commission) which is okay.
