I’m trying to activate the Netflix promotion in my account.  When I click the link, I get:

Your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit. To get this benefit, change your rate plan.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to proceed?  I was told I qualify for this and I see it in my account online.
