How can i cancel a line on my account without contacting customer service and giving up my afternoon?
Such a simple question and yet there seems to be no way to do this: how can i cancel a line on my account through the website or app?
So annoying that this isn’t front and center on my support page. Instead i need to call customer support, wait for an agent or wait to be called back and then suffer through a series of questions and sales pitches.
I went through this once and the agent failed to cancel now i must do it again. Ugh. Why am i a customer at all?
Unfortunately you need to call to cancel a post paid line.
i even chated online and they told me that 2 of lines are cancled and nothing yet this is not right

i have been trying to cancel 2 of my lines. called customer service and chat online even went to 2 stores. They told me they only activate they don't cancel.
“Estimated wait time: 6 minutes”… now 10 minutes later and no call back
I have called them and wasted many days no help.
