How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office?
Can ANYONE offer any help Please!
I returned a phone per all of t-mobiles instructions. I am now being charged for said phone. Records clearly show the phone I returned was received and signed for and yet t-mobile is still charging me for the phone. I have spent over 6 hours and a month and a half on the phone being told the problem will be investigated. They are still charging me for the phone and the problem is not getting resolved. All numbers lead 611. I would appreciate any help please.

I have the same problem, I trade two phones and they only give me the promotion for one, they keep telling me that they will fix the issue but I’m still waiting since December. I have the confirmation that they received the phones. Does any of you have the problem solved?

This happened to me 2 months ago, I found the UPS delivery tracking number and provided it to them, I was still being charged after they verified they received it! I escalated to a manager and got really nasty with them. I demanded they fix my bill right away and apply the necessary credits. They honored my request, but Now I’m having issues with them honoring the promotion they offered me on a different phone. Smh, T-Mobile is a freaking joke!

Im am going through the same thing right now!!! I returned a phone after one was sent to replace a defective phone since August. Phone was returned on September 16th at 2:11 pm and delivered to their center in Ft. Worth, TX. Even took the screenshot to prove it only to get the run around and even having my service interrupted multiple times as T-Mobile says they cannot find it. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and will be switching to a different provider after being a loyal 12 year customer. T-MOBILE SUCKS!!

Yep I’m going through something similar but it was after purchasing Beats headphones. Returned the day I got them because they were defective, they kept charging me for them. After contacting a complaining several times, and being told, don’t worry, your accounts on hold while our “escalation team” works on it, guess what? Service disconnected. On my way to the V carrier LOL after having Sprint for 19 years and then forced into TMobile. Never had any issues like this with Sprint! BTW, your bill doesn’t need to be paid off to take your phone number with you! ;)

Same thing happened to me- 7 YEARS later and I just left T-Mobile store after having to pay $200 for an Airbnb so I could talk to a “manager.” She wasn’t in when I went in yesterday. Totally useless and complete BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!!!! Any phone or sales rep can manage to totally f$*! Up your account- but not one person at T-Mobile has any ability to fix it. I’ve OVERPAID T-Mobile by THOUSANDS and it’s only gotten way worse. The plan I signed up for, signed a WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR has been changed over and over without my knowledge or consent, I’ve been billed over $900 for a phone that was returned but somehow got overlooked in the warehouse, I find out today that I’m STILL being charged, my plan has been changed, I no longer receive the services I’ve been paying for and signed up for, the phone is completely useless, I seem to pay more and more and get less and less. I’m done. I will never ever ever recommend T-Mobile to anyone. In fact- I’ll be doing a public service by warning everyone to stay the HELL AWAY from this total scam company. I have a business account with 4 lines of service and my child has better connection, faster internet, better hotspot, and doesn’t lose service 10 times in a 50 mile radius of her home. Nobody in their right mind would ever pay close to $600 mo. for this s$!t service. So done and will be filing suit, contacting FCC & BBB. Too many people with identical issues to be coincidence. It’s Bait and Switch and it’s ILLEGAL. Fair warning T-Mobile corporate.
