I lost my phone at home

I lost my phone at home. I know it sounds funny.

I spent several days to trying to find my phone but couldn’t find it. The battery of the phone might run out now.

I checked on Tmobile website to see if the phone was used by anyone, but nobody has used it.

I decided to stop finding it and replace it with my old phone that I don’t use anymore.

What can I do next?

Do I need to visit Tmobile store and purchase a new sim card?

Thank you!

Android or IOS? If android try using the find my phone feature to make your phone sound off so you might hear it.

If the device is on.  Have you tried calling it from another number to see if you can hear it ring?

  • also how old is your old phone? if it was pre 5G and doesnt have VoLTE capabilities they might not re activate it.
