International Roaming on Simply Prepaid

Hi,

 

I’m on a Simply Prepaid plan, and I am in Argentina for my vacations. I can’t get to connect my phone to roaming services, even though they should be included (with the corresponding rates applying). When people try to call me, they get the message that I can’t answer at this time. What should I do to connect my phone?

    It might help to check your expected coverage in your exact location in Argentina. The service tends to be stronger in specific areas along the coast line. It may help as well to switch you band settings to 2G or 3G and try to connect to the the roaming partner in that area.
