Just switched from Metro to Tmobile, Will i lose my acp benefit?
I was told I can transfer my benefit (ACP) from Metro but I can not find where or how. Has anyone been able to do this? Thanks!
The ACP benefit is an amazing program to helps out with internet service cost. T-Mobile is still participating in the benefit, but only through our Metro by T-Mobile and Assurance Wireless brands. If you are now on T-Mobile postpaid or prepaid service, you would not be able to apply for ACP on the new account.
