Keep and Switch problems
I have went through and received help twice on my keep and Switch, from the chat box people. They assured me my rebate was submitted correctly. This was a month ago, when i try to check my status At first it said i didnt qualify, now its saying I missed my window. At this point I feel like i was ripped off. Anyone ever have any luck with the Keep and switch program? Or have a suggestion on how to get help?
Have you been able to resolve this? I’ve been having the same issue as yours and wondering what else I can do to get someone to tell me what’s wrong
