Keep having to start over with DIGITS web app

Every time I load the DIGITS web app I have to re-register the phone numbers. And even with the app continuously open I am being logged out after a while and have to re-login and re-register numbers. This is a hassle and it’s annoying because every time I get a bunch of notifications on my phone. And what’s worse is that there is no way to know I’ve been logged out. It looks like I’m still logged in but I stop receiving any messages or calls without warning.

Is there no way to stay logged in? And not have to keep re-registering the phone numbers after I log in?

I’ve allowed third party cookies and disabled privacy extensions but that doesn’t help these issues.
