Lost phone
I reported my daughter's phone as lost and her service has been suspended. I want to know if I can submit an insurance claim and pay off her phone.
Sorry for the delay but try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
I just reported my phone lost (UPS said it was delivered but it was not) . After about 15 mins , I got a txt from the delivery guy saying that my phone is next door at the UPS Store . Now , how can I have my line back (activated) ? Hoping for a quick response , thank you
My phone was stolen yesterday. I am currently working overseas in Iraq. Due to my remote location I’m not able to just go to a local store and buy a new phone and SIM. I’m not exactly sure what I need to do other than follow the lost my phone directions for Iphone (Which I did). I have a second phone with a local SIM so I can’t access the site through my second phone with the app. I am trying to contact Tmobile but can’t seem to find a chat? Calling tells me there’s a 2 hour or more wait? So now I need a new SIM mailed to me. How do I get this done? I will need to have the SIM sent to someone to have them send it to me. So I will need to speak to someone at Tmobile.

There's a deductible to replace.
You have to pay off the device whether lost, found, or replaced .
