Mcafee billing upcharge
Since Tmobile had a serious security breach the in store rep gave me “free Mcafee Antivirus” when I signed up then started billing me $5 a month. Customer service insists I signed up for it in-app. ...
Same. I never ordered McAfee, and never approved it being added. This is happening to thousands of customers, and T-mobile reps are stonewalling us on getting the past charges removed. Can you say “Class-Action Lawsuit”??
