Netflix
I have two lines of Magenta® 1.0 Unlimited 55, am i eligible for Netflix on us? I do not see it under add ons.

I have Magenta too and signed up for 2 lines. I wasn't using the 2nd line now the 2nd line is gone they say I never had it and yet I've been paying their promo $27.50 x 2 lines= $55 per month, but with the auto pay $5 discount. So $50/mo. I don't have the 2nd line now and was told it got cancelled! I don't have the free Netflix either now. They say, because I don't have 2 lines. I know I had 2 lines and Netflix, unlimited talk text data because that's what I purchased a couple of years ago. I have a screen shot from the promo stating Magenta 55+ $50 with auto pay, includes 2 lines, each line $27.50 and Netflix on US! They are denying the promo ever existed. I have the proof that this promo did in fact exist and I bought it. I've been paying for the 2 lines so I could get the Netflix. They never had a promo for Magenta 55+ for 1 line $55. They did have the Essential 1 line for $40 but Netflix wasn't included. I know what I signed up for and I had 2 lines and free Netflix. What the heck can I do about this?

I have the Magenta® 55+ plan (2 lines) and I get Netflix basic included.
