No Payment Confirmation Email...
What happened to my payment confirmation emails?
What happened to my “T-Mobile: Reminder:” text messages.
Are you trying to force customers to go elsewhere? If so, you’re doing a great job!!
Those should still be working normally. I got my last oayment confirmation e-mail and text and I also get a text when my bill posts to the account. You might want to double check your settings in your my.T-Mobile.com account, make sure the email hasn't gone to spam, and make sure you haven't accidentally blocked the shortcode that you get those texts from.
