Will this plan allow for calls from Europe to the US.
No. It’s intended for calling international from the USA. If you are roaming overseas most calls are 25¢/min and if you have a data pass calls are supposed to be ‘unlimited”*, You can also use a VoIP app like Google Voice, Viber, etc that has low international rates to get cheaper calling.
*T-Mobile is not exactly clear about what “unlimited” calling means. It does not include calls from cruise ships and probably would not include calls to satellite phones and other premium destinations, like Cuba.
