number transfer PIN
I’m trying to transfer my number for my iPad to another carrier. They say I need a PIN, to allow T-Mobile to start the transfer. Is this the same PIN noted in my account settings? I can’t remember ...
to get an account transfer pin you need to go to your profile settings for the specific phone number. Then look for something called “line details” There will be an account transfer pin option. You will need to “generate” that pin. The pin will only be active for 7 days.
