Old billing statements
How do I access old billing statements?
What kind of account do you have? You should take a look at our View or print your bill & payments and see if that gets you what you need. Please let us know if you need more help. Thanks!
You will need to log into the primary account holders my.t-mobile.com account and you will be able to view the past 12 months of bills there. Anything further back you would need to call us and there would be a small fee to have them resent to you.
