Order Status - shipping date inconsistent
I had a galaxy s21+ ordered on 9/10. The order status website said it is estimated to be shipped on “09/14/2021 - 09/20/2021”. It’s been 1 week past the last day of ETA shipping. Is this normal? I’m not getting any response from T-Mobile. All I want is a new ETA for shipping if it got delayed and some reasoning for it. I understand that backlog affects orders, but wouldn’t backlog be taken to account for the ETA shipping date?
I’ve been having issues with my current phone where it takes numerous calls to my line in order for it to connect. And receiving text messages sometime is delayed for hours. So I really needed the new phone….

Took me about 5 weeks since I placed the order. What I should have taken into consideration was that the nearest best buy had the phone in stock with t mobile carrier. Could have gone that route instead of waiting for shipment. Make sure promotions and stuff are still valid though.
