Outside of Country - Need Email or Customer service number to reach out

Hello All, 

I put my account on hold from September 2021 to September 2022, and I have informed the customer support representative, who assisted me in putting the account on hold while I was away. So far, I've been paying $17.00 a month to keep the account suspended, and now I see you've started billing me the regular bill since last month. I'm not sure why we have to call and remind Tmobile every time, and they never do what they say, and the customer suffers as a result. This has always happened, and I've been with the company for the past 14 years. Please examine my account and revert back to the services I had before emailing me.“Bhaviksodha@gmail.com”.
