phone trade in value

I traded my Samsung Galaxy s21 5g for a Galaxy 22+. I was quoted a value of $399.99 for my 21. I received notice the phone was worth the $399.99 quote but was only credited $288. What do I do?

    Was your phone in the conditions you stated it was? If so contact Tmobile support and find out why you didn't receive the credit you were quoted.

    Try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Twitter.
