Port in Issue

Hi ,

I have added my friend in my line as authorized user. so he wen to store and pick the physical sim and given his old service provider account number and pin code.
he has inserted physical sim but  it is coming with new number instead of his old number

    A number port isn't instant.  It can take up to 48 hours and sometimes longer.  Your friend was issued a temporary number until the port completes.  Once the port is complete, the SIM will be updated with the correct number.
