Porting from Ooma

Its more than 10 days since i started the process of transferring my Ooma landline number to T-mobile.
Any ideas on how long does this process take. ?
I have called  the T-Mobile transfer Dept for the last few days to check on the status , takes more than an hour to get to someone and finally been getting the same standard answer “ Error, blah, blah .. some date needs to be set and will be done in 4 hours and we shall call you back “.  No calls, nothing..

Totally frustrated with the whole process..!!!
