porting primary number out but keeping 2 other lines on account
if i port out the primary number of my tmobile account, will tmobile deactivate the other lines & close the account? If so, do i need to designate one of the other lines as the primary before porting out of tmobile?
If you are the Primary Account Holder and are leaving T-Mobile. You will need to do a transfer of responsibility to one of the other two people using the other lines or make sure that T-Mobile is aware you still want to be responsible for the remaining two lines before porting out, just to make sure they don't close the account and cancel the remaining lines.
