Problem with reps and promotion

I have spoken to three different reps and was told I still had HULU on us and now they have cancelled it for adding a new line but it being talk and text only 

I have three conversations with them that they all still say I qualify but no one will help me I have asked for someone in charge nothing they called me at 12:13 AM and they think that was okay 

can someone tell me how to get some kind of help or should I just contact the BBB and send them all the screen shots of my conversation where I was assured I was still going to get the promotion and how they called so early in the morning
