Promotions - Tuesdays

I have been a customer for 15 years!  I don't understand why as a long time customer I am unable to use the Tuesday promotions??  I have paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for your service and I can't use a p...

What T-Mobile plan do you have, that denies access to T-Mobile Tuesdays?

 

It's an old one,  Simple Choice.  And I have 5 lines 2 watches and an internet modem.  If I switch to a current plan, it is about 50-65 more a month.
