Promotions/ Bait & Switch

I switched to T Mobile because of the promotions and for paying off my phone. I am wondering now if I will ever see the $  It says pending validation. also the other promotions have been sitting there for over a month. Not sure why it takes them so long. I came over in good faith and now I owe Verizon a lot of money. How long is it taking to see your MONEY?
