    not to mention if its your personal phone number stop posting it in here unless you want everyone and their mom to have it..fully public site..EVERYONE can now see it.

    If you still have the sim card holder the puk code is on it otherwise you're going to need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
