I've had 2 new phones shipped from tmobile through UPS come up missing while in UPS custody in the past 3 months, it appears UPS employees are stealing them. Tmobile has done nothing about the issue, it's happening too often and should be addressed.

As somome who personally knows people that have had this happen and had a phone arrive in a shipping box that was almost ripped in half. UPS just doesn't care unless there is beyond proof that they know it was someone at a specific point in the shipping process.
A package going from one destination to another passes through a lot of hands. UPS is heavily insured for this type of theft and loss, which is a big part of why they don't really do much of anything about it. I am 99.9% positive that if I had ordered an iPhone instead of a Pixel 9 Pro XL back in August of 2024, that it would have disappeared in transit instead of arriving at my door with the UPS guy saying this is how he got the package and that the contents inside looked fine.
