Reactivate sim

Can I get my SIM checked to see if it can be reactivated or something? It doesn't have a number associated with it, but , it shows 4g and all that.?

    Does it have a date on it?  Customer Care would be the best people to ask.  They can check the SIM number to see if it can be reactivated or not.  You should be able to reach Customer Care by calling 611 with the SIM in your device even though the SIM isn't active.  You can also give Customer Care a call at 1-800-937-8997.
