Rebate

When I switched to T-Mobile in October of 2023 I was supposed to have received a Rebate card! When I go to track the card it tells me that I have received it already but I have not received it, what do I do? 
Is there really a Virtual Rebate Card and has anyone actually received one before?? Please help!!!!
