Receipt Availability
Is there any way to currently get a receipt for bill payment without going into a T-Mobile store?
Their billing is still down apparently. Going on a week now from the date I paid, no text receipt and was told 24-48 hours or go to a T-Mobile store to get a printed out copy. This is ridiculous.
Are you prepaid or post paid account. Tmobile doesn't offer detailed billing for prepaid accounts.
You should be able to find and print your payment history in your my.t-mobile.com account.
