Reimbursement from T-Mobile for switching from AT&T to T-Mobile

In September we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile at which time we had to payoff our AT&T phone which we did. We showed proof of the payment ($491.06) and we’re assured that T-Mobile would reimburse us for the payoff amount. To-date we have not received the reimbursement.
