Server unreachable
What devices are you using? Prepaid or postpaid? VoLTE is required to make and receive calls. Have you tried performing a netwirk reset from your devices settings followed by powering off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network?
I have a Pixel 9 Pro XL, daughter has a Pixel 8 and wife has a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G (she hates change).
I haven't tried it, I will the next time it happens. I've just been waiting for a bit and retrying it and then it may work. It is extremely spotty. We've lived here nearly 10 years and it has always been rock solid here.

The Pixel 9 Pro XL is a solid device with a pretty good modem. I have one as well. Hopefully the network reset works for you. Do you get that same error when using WiFi Calling?

Yes, I switched it back and forth, just one of those things. I'm sure they'll get it straightened out; we've had nothing but great service since switching in 2016. 🤞
