Setting up an eSIM remotely

My iPhone was stolen in Lima so I am replacing with a cheap android until I get back to the US. I want to use my old T-Mobile number in the new phone. Is it possible to set up the old number on an eSIM so don’t need to get a physical SIM card FedEx’d out to me in Lima?

    You should be able to convert your pSIM to an eSIM in your my.t-mobile.com account.  Make sure your device supports eSIM before purchasing it though.
