Signal Booster Not Working

I recently switched service on one of my two lines from T-Mobile to another carrier.  When I switched, my 4G LTE Signal Booster stopped working.  The power and internet lights are flashing, and the other lights are not lit up at all.

Does anyone know what I need to do to make it start working again?  We need this to get T-Mobile service at home.  The Wi-Fi calling feature only works about a third of the time on the phone we currently have on T-Mobile.

    Hi BobT,

    My signal booster is one that was provided by T-Mobile.  It worked until I moved one line from T-Mobile to another carrier.

    Which brand/model of signal booster? Not all signal boosters are compatible with all carriers.
