SMS messages from Verizon not being received

i switched from Verizon as well. i switched in August 2022, i still cannot recieve SMS from certain carriers and androids in group messages. ive been dealing with TMobile CS since then and they are clueless. im getting to the point of filing a law suit as i never had this problem with verizon before yet they promised better phone service.
