stolen phone
My phone was stolen by someone I lived with u can file a claim but I don't want to replace phone. Can I just file claim and not get a new one and have it taken off my account? I can't afford the bill for phine and internet
I don’t think it works that way. If you are talking about an insurance claim, they will charge you the deductible and replace the phone. Otherwise, it would be a free out for people who just regretted getting a phone, for whatever reason.
