Switching carriers

I switched to T-mobile a few months ago and have regretted it every since. Slow to no internet, dropped phone calls, no service at all at our lake house and to add to that, I had to buy a new phone  because the one I had wouldn’t make the switch. Now, due to inadequate service, I’m being forced to switch to a third carrier and the new phone I bought from T-mobile isn’t compatible with the new carrier. I have been on the phone with T-mobile so much I can’t stand it any more. This seems to be the only way to complain without being put on hold and having to listen to their lousy music. There should be a way to keep from buying another phone. I’ve said my mind, thanks for reading.

Hi and thanks for the reply. I switched from AT&T due to poor service and rising costs to T-mobile. Their service is even worse, regardless of the wonderful claims they make. We’re considering Spectrum, if we can get it. We’re very rural so we don’t expect top notch service but would like to make phone calls and have a workable internet. Also, both our phones are unlocked but we’ve received conflicting the phones compatibility. Some sites will say my wife’s phone is, while another site says it isn’t and the same for my phone. I like researching online before committing but nothing is concrete online. Regards, and I haven’t given up on going back to AT&T.

What carrier are you porting to? Your best bet would be to AT&T if you want to keep the phone but make sure it's unlocked before you port.
