T-Mobile call blocking and phone call issues

Hello, 

I've been having issues with my incoming calls being block by T-Mobile Spam blockers. It took them months to help me find a solution costing me thousands in potential business. Now as I call to check on issues with my phone the customer service holds are getting longer and longer. Is anyone else having issues like this?
