Is there T-Mobile coverage in Baja California, MX?
T-Mobile per se does not have coverage in Mexico, however they have good roaming agreements with Mexican carriers who do. Depending on your mobile service plan you get varying degrees of service. https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/use-your-phone-in-mexico-canada
