T-Mobile Direct Connect

When will T-Mobile offer Direct Connect to non-business customers? I’ve been waiting for this service to be available since the merger and I’m told it’s only available to T-Mobile business customers. Why??

    I had it on sprint but when swapped to tmobile lost it, if you call tmobile they act like they have no idea what your talking about lol

    I have T-Mobile. Do you or anyone have any information on how I can get Direct Connect from T-Mobile?

    I have consumer account i was able to add direct connect on my lines online and get the app working on my phone Samsung galaxy fold 3 and S22 ultra
