T Mobile Experience Forum Dead?

I am (was?) a member of the T Mobile Experience Forum, but can't login and nothing in the login screen works. It says my ID/Password is invalid (it's what I always had), and using any of the links on the page apparently fail. If I try the password reset, I never get an email; if I try the send a link, no email for that, either. I had a couple of "rewards" for my account, and now I can't even get to them. I've been retrying this several times over several days and nothing changes. What's the story?
