T-Mobile has forgotten us...
I’m on the same boat. Still in tho. I’ve gotten a big over 200 comrades to file complaints with FTC FCC and BBB what they are doing is illegal. A customer rep on phone let it slip that if I didn’t switch plans I would see the increase anyways but my phone wouldn’t work as well or my data. Mind you I have the newest iPhones on my lines.
Forcing people to change or charge more for changes we don’t want or need it bad and illegal business practice. I recommend you do the same and share on social medias like I did. I’ve not received promises they will resolve issues but I know I’m not only one. We gotta remember the customer has the power. Make sure you are heard and you make others be heard. The more FCC FTC and BBB hear they will look into it and fine if found to be doing this illegally.
